F1 teams poised for first in-season test in Bahrain

Formula 1 teams have stayed on at the Bahrain International Circuit for the first in-season test, which takes place this Tuesday and Wednesday. The two days of action, in which each team is permitted to field one car, will enable squads to address any issues from the opening three rounds, and undertake crucial development work, ahead of a busy phase of the season. With 50 per cent of in-season test time required to be handed over to young drivers, classified as those who have competed in two or fewer Grands Prix, several teams will be running unfamiliar faces.
