Mixed opinions regarding cockpit shield

Valtteri Bottas and Daniel Ricciardo have both stated that they won't mind the 'shield' that the FIA plans to introduce as cockpit protection come 2018, but not everyone agrees. Earlier this week it was announced that the FIA intended testing their own transparent cockpit 'shield' during this year's campaign with the aim of introducing it into F1 next season. The decision has been met with mixed reviews. Speaking during Thursday's press conference in Russia, Mercedes driver Bottas says he is in favour.
