Vettel: Sochi track made for Mercedes
– Sebastian Vettel has played down Ferrari's victory prospects at this weekend's Russian Grand Prix, claiming that Sochi Autodrom "is a circuit made for Mercedes".Mercedes has won all three races at the coastal track, based in and around the Olympic Park, with low degradation traditionally leading to one-stop encounters.Vettel, who leads this year's championship standings with two victories from three rounds, seven points clear of nearest rival Lewis Hamilton, is keeping his feet on the ground."On paper Mercedes is the clear favourite," said Vettel."The Sochi track is a circuit made for Mercedes, so the closer we can get the better."There is a lot of...
