– Liberty Media resurrected Formula 1's Raft Race at the former Olympic Rowing Basin, adjacent to the paddock at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. GPUpdate.net provides an overview of the convivial event.Building a raft Seven of the 10 Formula 1 teams (all bar Mercedes, Ferrari and Force India) fielded entries, while there were two Formula 1 squads, an entry from the FIA, the promoters, and a fan submission.
