Bottas: I need to raise my game

Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas has admitted that to compete for the Formula 1 world title he has to raise his game, revealing that he struggled for pace at certain races but at the same time he is convinced that he learned from his shortcomings. It was not a bad season for Bottas, who claimed his first F1 victory at the Russian Grand Prix and went on to win another two times in Austria and Abu Dhabi, finishing third in the championship standings albeit 58 points adrift of his World Championship winning teammate Lewis Hamilton.
