Raikkonen sees differed impact of Liberty Media's efforts

Kimi Raikkonen believes the effects of Liberty Media's efforts to improve Formula 1 won't be seen until a few years down the road. The sport's new owners have embarked on a complete overhaul of Grand Prix racing, the finality of which shall be seen in 2021 when F1's new regulation platform comes into force.
