Kubica could ‘maybe' race for Williams in 2019
Robert Kubica's dream of racing in F1 is not over with Paddy Lowe revealing he could yet race for Williams come 2019. Although Kubica was in the running for Williams' second race-seat, that was eventually handed to Sergey Sirotkin with the Pole instead signing as the team's reserve driver. That, though, doesn't mean he won't race for them in the future. Speaking about the 32-year-old's tests, Lowe told Russia's Championat: 'In the case of Robert, the situation was special as it was necessary to assess his abilities.
