Alonso: We could be very, very competitive with Renault
McLaren driver Fernando Alonso is predicting that his three years of misery as a Honda-powered driver will change in 2018 when a Renault engine is bolted to the back of the MCL33 he will race in the forthcoming Formula 1 season. 'Hopefully the last three years will be forgotten very quickly. It's a completely different game for us. We believe that we could be very, very competitive with a Renault power unit next year.'
