Verstappen: 'I don't need goals to motivate myself'
Max Verstappen doesn't need specific goals to boost his motivation and would rather rely on his will to always try and do his best. The Red Bull Racing driver is on the eve of his fourth season of Grand Prix racing, having started his career with Toro Rosso in 2015. The 20-year-old's track record in F1 already includes three race wins, and while he'll be pushing to improve his tally he has not set any precise targets.
