Netflix to run season long documentary on F1

Formula 1 and Netflix have announce a season-long collaboration on an original docu-series of the 2018 F1 season to be screened in 2019. According to the official release, the Netflix original series 'will be the first to truly immerse the audience inside the cockpits, the paddock and the lives of the key players in F1'. The agreement will give the makers unparalleled access to the drivers, team principals and owners, as well as F1’s own management team. Netflix has commissioned 10 episodes from the 2018 season, as the production team films and reveals 'the fight for the heart, soul, and direction for the future of this multibillion-dollar business'.
