Vettel & Hamilton claim Baku front row – Qualifying Report

Azerbaijan Grand Prix – Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel starts Sunday's race on pole position, ahead of the Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton & Valtteri Bottas. Vettel put in a 1:41.498 on the UltraSoft tyres to take pole position ahead of Lewis Hamilton. His initial gap after the first runs was over 0.3 seconds and, while Hamilton improved on his second run, Vettel made an error on his second run and finished just over 0.1 clear of Hamilton. Bottas finished P3, a further 0.2 down on his teammate's time.
