Toto Wolff: Raikkonen was deliberate or incompetent

A clearly frustrated Mercedes chief Toto Wolff has slammed Kimi Raikkonen for his coming together with Lewis Hamilton on the first lap of the British Grand Prix, branding the Finn's actions 'either deliberate or incompetent', as he shunted Hamilton back into last place.  Raikkonen touched wheels with Hamilton, sending the Brit into a spin and meant that the defending world champion had to fight through the entire grid to claim second spot in his home GP.  Hamilton was clearly disgruntled when speaking to Martin Brundle post-race, referencing the 'interesting tactics' of Ferrari.  But Wolf was less cryptic in his criticisms, saying that Raikkonen's actions came from one of two...
