Gasly pleased with 'amazing' points haul for P6

Hungarian Grand Prix – Pierre Gasly earned a ‘class B' victory by finishing sixth at the Hungaroring, Toro Rosso's best result since the Bahrain Grand Prix. Starting sixth, Gasly made up a place at the start of the race by passing Renault's Carlos Sainz. From there, the Frenchman drove a measured race to finish at the head of the midfield. He gained a place due to the retirement of Red Bull senior drive Max Verstappen, but was then powerless to prevent a recovering Daniel Ricciardo from passing later on in the race.
