Vettel: Decision to part-resurface grid 'wrong'

Russian Grand Prix – Sebastian Vettel believes that the wrong decision was made to resurface the first three grid spaces of the Sochi circuit. The first three spaces of the grid for the Sochi Autodrom have been given fresh tarmac ahead of the Russian Grand Prix. The new tarmac is generally agreed to have more grip, something which could aid the front three drivers at the start of the race, including third-placed Vettel. But if the effect is big, it could be a factor in preventing fourth-placed Kimi Raikkonen from challenging at the start.
