Schumacher hails 'incredible' F2 car performance

Mick Schumacher got his first taste of life behind the wheel of a Formula 2 car this week after it was announced he would be making the step up from Formula 3 for the 2019 season, and praised the performance of the more powerful cars as "incredible". The son of legendary driver, Michael Schumacher, won the Formula 3 championship this season after a dramatic mid-season turnaround to defeat his closest rival, Dan Ticktum of Red Bull. Earlier this week he was confirmed as being promoted to F2, and at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi he got the chance to test his new machine.
