Vettel unsure if it will get ‘political' with Leclerc

Sebastian Vettel has said he does 'not know yet' whether his partnership with Charles Leclerc at Ferrari will lead to 'unnecessary' politics. Vettel's second-longest team-mate relationship, with Kimi Raikkonen, has come to an end after 81 races and three years together at the Scuderia. Ferrari have opted for youth rather than experience going forward, replacing Raikkonen with Leclerc, who enjoyed a very successful rookie campaign with Sauber in 2018. Vettel said that he lived in harmonious times with Raikkonen at Ferrari throughout their spell together, but does not have any indication at this stage as to whether the same environment will be created with Leclerc.
