Lando Norris: McLaren made 'big change' to F1 development path

McLaren's 2019 Formula 1 new signing Lando Norris says he has noticed "quite a big change" in how the team has approached development work.  Norris is stepping up into Formula 1 after spending two years with the British team. He was a young driver in 2017 and last year he was McLaren's Formula 1 reserve driver whilst also competing in Formula 2.  McLaren has made a number of changes in an attempt to put an end to recent poor performances.
