Layout for new Rio de Janeiro track revealed
A fresh track layout for the proposed new circuit in Rio de Janeiro has been unveiled as the future of the Brazilian Grand Prix remains up in the air. Brazil's president Jair Bolsonaro recently claimed that the race would leave its current home at Interlagos, Sao Paulo to switch to Rio. A new track is being constructed on the site of the Deodoro military base, which was used as a hosting venue in the 2016 Olympic Games.
