Ferrari considering bringing Resta back from Alfa Romeo

Ferrari is weighing up whether to recall its ex-Formula 1 technical chief Simone Resta from Alfa Romeo. Resta, who previously worked as chief designer at Ferrari, held a prominent role within the Scuderia’s set-up before leaving mid-way through last season to become customer team Alfa Romeo's new technical director. But Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto revealed the team is considering a move to bring Resta back to Maranello following its troubled start to the 2019 season.
