Renault starting 2021 development now!
Renault F1 team have had a very disappointing 2019 season so far, and with their big push to become an F1 powerhouse set to come in 2021, team boss Cyril Abiteboul has revealed that the team is already looking at developing their car for two years’ time. There are set to be major changes to F1 in the whole for 2021, and it is believed that Daniel Ricciardo signed for Renault with 2021 in mind. The French team are languishing in eighth in the Constructors’ Championship, and have less than half the points of fourth placed McLaren. When asked about the teams concentration on 2020, Abiteboul replied: "Will it be a step to fight for podiums or wins on a straightforward basis....
