Motorsport reacts to Vettel's ‘mental' penalty
Sebastian Vettel felt the Canadian stewards stole the race win from him when they hit with a five-second penalty in Sunday's grand prix. It seems many from the motorsport world, past and present, agree. Mark Webber, the German's former Red Bull team-mate, called the penalty 'mental.' Any of the stewards ever raced at the front in F1?
