Formula 1 delays presentation of 2021 regulations
Formula 1 teams have agreed to delay presentation of the 2021 regulations Formula 1 teams and management have officially agreed to delay the presentation of the 2021 regulations until October. The decision was made in a meeting with the FIA in Paris, following talks at last weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix, and was also attended by Lewis Hamilton, Nico Hulkenberg, and Grand Prix Drivers’ Association chairman Alexander Wurz. The regulations were to have been finalised 18 months prior to implementation, meaning the end of June, as per the FIA Sporting Code, but could be put off until a later date with unanimous agreement from the teams.
