Pirelli outlines strategy options for Austrian GP

Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has outlined the most favourable strategy options for the Austrian Grand Prix. Pirelli has taken the C3, C4 and C5 compounds in order to deal with the 71-lap race at the Red Bull Ring, which is likely to take place in hot weather. Pirelli reckons a Medium/Hard strategy, making a pit stop between laps 14 and 20, is optimal. Its second-quickest strategy is likely to be a Soft/Hard approach, with the pit stop coming between laps 12 and 16.
