Seidl happy with Renault engine after Honda’s win

McLaren team boss Andreas Seidl has admitted he is not concerned about whether the team made the right decision to switch from a Honda engine to Renault. The Japanese manufacturer made their return to Formula 1 back in 2015 when they partnered with McLaren. But the two parted ways from their cooperation at the end of 2017 after a few seasons of struggle and issues, with McLaren opting to use Renault as their engine supplier. After Honda were dropped by McLaren they made a deal to supply engines to Toro Rosso from the 2018 season and proved themselves enough for Red Bull to use them this year, ultimately being successful winning the Austrian Grand Prix with Max...
