Sebastian Vettel says Ferrari are 'lacking downforce'
Sebastian Vettel believes that a lack of downforce is the main reason Ferrari have been unable to secure a win in 2019, despite coming close on a few occasions. Vettel came close to a win in Canada, denied by the stewards and Lewis Hamilton, whilst Charles Leclerc has had close efforts in both Bahrain and Austria.
