Horner gives his thoughts on 2021 regulations

Thursday was a historic day for Formula 1 as the 2021 regulation changes were confirmed at long last. Christian Horner has given his thoughts on the changes made and he believes there are positives and negatives to the new rules. The FIA unveiled the latest rule set on Thursday with the aim of making racing more interesting and overtaking easier the main focus for the sport. A budget cap and a new aerodynamic setup are the biggest talking points from the changes which are Liberty Media's first real chance to make their mark on the pinnacle of motorsport.
