Penske goes shopping - acquires IMS and IndyCar series!
Roger Penske just went on a massive spending spree, the legendary motorsport magnate acquiring from the Hulman family the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the NTT IndyCar Series. Penske's shock acquisition, which also included IMS Production, were done through a subsidiary of the automotive conglomerate, Penske Entertainment.
