Binotto: 'Leclerc and Vettel will then be free to race'

Mattia Binotto says the Ferrari drivers will be allowed to race during the 2020 F1 season despite a few issues cropping up between Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel over the last nine months.  A good deal of issues happened on the team radio through the 2019 season. And the politics reached a climax in Brazil when the two Ferrari teammates collided on track.
