Take a sim lap around the new and improved Zandvoort
The architects currently supervising Zandvoort's renovation have released a video of a simulated lap around the legendary track in its future Dutch Grand Prix iteration. After a 35-year absence Formula 1 will return to Zandvoort's dunes in the spring of 2020, a home coming of sorts for Grand Prix racing which enjoyed 30 events at the historic venue between 1952 and 1985. After a period of uncertainty marked by environmental issues and court claims, Zandvoort's infrastructure and circuit upgrade is finally underway.
