Grosjean doubts 2021 regulations will shuffle the pack
Romain Grosjean says that it is more difficult to win in modern Formula One than it was when he began his career at Renault in 2009 with machinery counting for more than driver ability. Grosjean, currently racing for the Haas team, completed seven races for Renault in 2009 before beginning his Formula One career in earnest in 2012 with the same team, then racing as Lotus Renault.
