Zandvoort's banking gets its first layer of tarmac

©EssayProdukties It's just under three months until the return of Formula 1 to Zandvoort, and work is progressing full steam ahead at the legendary Dutch track. The most prominent feature of the revamped Grand Prix circuit will be the new banked Arie Luyendijk curve. The groundwork for the fast, right-hand sweep has been completed and it now awaits its final layer of tarmac. Zandvoort's engineers have come up with the perfect name for the special asphalt: 'The Flying Dutchman'!
