Mercedes: No guarantee we’ll use DAS at all races
Mercedes’ dual-axis steering might not make an appearance at every grand prix, according to drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. The system, had the paddock abuzz in the first week of 2020 Formula 1 testing, allows the drivers to adjust the toe angle of the front wheels by pushing and pulling the steering wheel of the car. However, the Silver Arrows have not as of yet confirmed the system will be used at the first race of the season in Melbourne.
