McLaren 'fully supports' the F1 Grands Prix postponements
McLaren say they "fully support" Formula 1's decision to postpone both Bahrain and Vietnamese Grands Prix. This comes one day after Formula 1 bosses announced the cancellation of the Australian Grand Prix weekend just two hours before the first session. Formula 1 admit they don't know when the F1 season will start, but they currently expect this to be at the end of May. This could mean the Monaco Grand Prix will be the first race of the season. Jean Todt and Chase Carey say the sport is "protecting the people" while they are still keen to reschedule both events later in the year.
