Renault the latest team to furlough personnel
Renault become the latest Formula 1 team to furlough the majority of their workforce. In a statement released late on Friday afternoon by Renault, it was announced that team personnel in Viry-Châtillon would be placed on 'a part-time schedule from April 6th for a provisional period of 12 weeks'. "As of April 1st, the vast majority of Enstone staff will effectively have a total shutdown (furlough) until May 31st," confirmed the statement.
