Norris completely surprised. 'I don't think anyone expected this.'

Teammate Carlos Sainz leaves for Ferrari so he will have to compete against Daniel Ricciardo at McLaren next year.This was triggered by a surprising departure of Sebastian Vettel at Ferrari.
