Red Bull protest lack of punishment for Lewis Hamilton

Austrian Grand Prix – Red Bull Racing have lodged an appeal to have a hearing regarding why Lewis Hamilton went unpunished after qualifying on Saturday. Lewis Hamilton was summoned before race stewards after qualifying on Saturday, after failing to slow for yellow flags at the end of Q3. This was because Valtteri Bottas slid off the track on his flying lap, with Hamilton encountering the yellow flag a few seconds later. Hamilton went without punishment for the incident, as the stewards found that he had been shown conflicting information by the LED panels and marshal flag posts.
