Alonso hits hard during training for the Indy 500
During training for the Indy 500, Fernando Alonso learned a hard lesson in racing the Ovals. The Spaniard touched the kerbs and then ended up in the wall. His team will have to do a lot of work to get him ready in time for qualifying. Alonso learns important lesson at the Oval Alonso will return to Formula 1 from 2021, but will participate in the Indy 500 one more time this year. The Spaniard already has two participations behind his name. At his first attempt he dropped out due to an engine problem and in the second attempt he stranded in qualifying.
