Marko: Imola P4 won't save Kvyat's seat
Daniil Kvyat may have recorded his best result of the season at Imola but it was too little too late to save his seat says Helmut Marko. With his team-mate Pierre Gasly one of the stars in this year's championship, Kvyat has been left out of the headlines and, it seems, out of AlphaTauri. Gasly, who won this year's Italian Grand Prix, has scored 63 with Kvyat, after his P4 at Imola, on 26. While the team has confirmed the Frenchman for next season, Marko made it known last week that the second seat would not be Kvyat's. Instead AlphaTauri is considering putting Honda protege and Formula 2 driver Yuki Tsunoda in the AT02. 'For the strategy we have I need a very strong driver [in Gasly],...
