Hamilton and Grosjean encourage Russell

George Russel made an expensive mistake at the Grand Prix at Imola. While driving in a position where he could score points, he lost control of his car while driving behind the safety car and went hard into the wall. Something he cannot forgive himself. The young Williams driver was hard on himself afterwards. He thought he had made an unacceptable mistake and apologised to the team dozens of times in the various media.
