Newey: "Nobody knew where it would go with Red Bull"

Adrian Newey, considered by many to be the best designer in Formula 1, will enter his sixteenth year with Red Bull Racing in 2021. Just a year after Red Bull acquired the team from Jaguar, Newey joined the team. Newey saw this as a great challenge. "I saw Red Bull as a startup team, something that really appealed to me," Newey told Dutch magazine Formule 1 in an interview.
