Williams conducts shakedown of FW43B at Silverstone

Williams began its on-track preparations for the 2021 Formula 1 season on Wednesday, conducting a filming day at the Silverstone Circuit. F1 regulations allow teams to nominate two filming days a year using a current-spec car, with running limited to just 100km. Williams’ first filming day of 2021 came just one day after McLaren made its maiden outing with the MCL35M, also at Silverstone. For the upcoming campaign, Williams has retained George Russell and Nicholas Latifi in its line-up for a second consecutive year – both drivers were present at the shakedown.
