Verstappen Tops Final Day Of Testing, Lewis Hamilton Spins Again
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen managed the fastest lap of the third and final day of pre-season testing in Bahrain. READ: ‘Ferrari Still Think Vettel Drives For Them’: F1 Fans Notice Something Unusual At Testing The Dutch ace’s best effort, a 1m28.960s, was set on a set of the C4 tyres – one compound away from the softest tyre in Pirelli’s 2021 range. In the Honda-powered AlphaTauri, Yuki Tsunoda put in the second-quickest lap of the day on the softest C5 tyres, ahead of the Ferrari of Carlos Sainz, who was over half a second off the pace of Verstappen and Tsunoda. The Spaniard collided with Kimi Raikkonen – who finished the session in P4 – towards the end of the afternoon...
