Early vaccination of everyone in F1 would cause a PR problem

Many countries have a corona vaccination policy that is rolled out in stages across age groups, but of course there are always exceptions. Bahrain, for example, offered all its Formula 1 staff a vaccination during the winter test. A noble gesture that in itself makes sense given that people from all over the world have travelled to a central point. However, this also created a dilemma.
