‘Being Russell's team-mate the same as being Hamilton's'
Williams boss, Jost Capito, feels going up against George Russell within a team is as difficult as being Lewis Hamilton's team-mate at Mercedes. Russell has made pretty light work of both Robert Kubica and Nicholas Latifi during his spell with Williams and has yet to be out-qualified by his team-mate whilst racing for the Grove team. And Capito thinks going up against Russell is a very tough challenge and compared it to battling with Hamilton at the Silver Arrows – but he also believes Latifi deserves more credit for the job he is doing in trying to keep Russell on his toes.
