Without them, the performance on the track wouldn't be what it is. Mercedes have released the latest video in their 'My Job in F1' series, this time focusing on the role of a composite kit cutter. Matt Scott holds the position involves making carbon fibre parts for the car, making sure all the materials are to the correct spec and getting things completed on time.
