Red Bull Racing responds to Pirelli statement: 'We can confirm that'

Red Bull Racing and Max Verstappen seemed to be heading for victory at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, but things went wrong at the end of the race. The Dutchman suffered a blowout and had to abandon the race prematurely. Pirelli immediately launched an investigation into the incident after the race, but stated that there was nothing wrong with the quality of the tyres. "We have worked closely with Pirelli and the FIA during their investigation into Max’s tyre failure on lap 47 of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix," Red Bull responded.
