Russell reacts to front-row start in Belgium: "I'm buzzing"

Williams driver George Russell beat Lewis Hamilton to the front-row in qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix. Max Verstappen will start from pole position, but will have two British drivers hunting him down on the opening lap. Russell said he was "buzzing" with the result.  Amazing result After nearly three full seasons being parked at the back of the grid, Russell gets his front-row start in the Williams car.
