Perez crashes on the way to the grid in Belgium!
The drama in Belgium has already begun for Sergio Perez. The Mexican crashes in Les Combes on his way to the grid. On full wets he loses his rear end but when correcting he shoots off the track anyway. No backing for Verstappen Perez hit the wall at low speed, but his car was written off. The Mexican has stepped out of the car and will not start at the Belgian Grand Prix. Jonathan Wheatley announces that the car is too badly damaged and that Perez will not go to the grid. This means for Max Verstappen that he will not have a back row start in the Belgian Grand Prix.
