Bottas sees Mercedes plan in action: 'Minimal damage to Hamilton'
Although Valtteri Bottas was ahead of his teammate Lewis Hamilton in qualifying, the Finn will start from pole position for the Turkish Grand Prix. Hamilton has a ten-place grid penalty and will therefore start from P11. Bottas will start from P1, with Max Verstappen in second place. "It was a good qualifying, not easy conditions, especially Q1 with the damp parts. There were some good laps, I really enjoyed it, and it's the result we planned," Bottas explained after qualifying.
