Verstappen: Pressure was on for the whole race
Max Verstappen was able to deliver the goods on Sunday for the 2021 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, but it was no easy task as the Dutchman felt the pressure was on for the whole race. But the outcome was one of the most exciting races of the season where the result went down to the final laps, as Verstappen gave himself no favors losing the lead at the start to Lewis Hamilton, which meant his team had to be aggressive with the strategy, but their ace had it covered with some proper driving and tyre management to take his eighth win of the season. 'It was an exciting race and it feels incredible to win here in front of all the fans,' Verstappen said in the team report after the race....
